Ordering of my wood pellets was a very smooth event. It was like I was personally in the store because I would get personal messages from Seth and Rob. They would email me at night or even on a Sunday if I had a question. They kept me informed of what was going on and the customer service is what all businesses should strive for. My pellets were even delivered a day early which was great and the order was perfect. When I need to order pellets again, I will know right where to go. Great job and thanks!!
