Lumberjack Hickory (40% Hickory/60% Red Oak)

By far this is the world's favorite wood for smoking. With our 60/40 blend of Red Oak and Hickory it is very difficult to "Over Smoke" and end up with that bitter taste in your BBQ. This is good for everyday grilling and long overnight smokes. Good with beef, pork, seafood, poultry, or game birds.
